About the role
AICS is building a SaaS platform that tackles real challenges in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable, secure cloud‑native services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement on‑premise and cloud‑based systems with a focus on scalability and security.
- Build and maintain high‑availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
- Develop and optimise data‑platform solutions using modern databases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile sprints.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.
Required profile
- 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience conducting peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
