About the role

AICS is building a SaaS platform that tackles real challenges in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable, secure cloud‑native services.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement on‑premise and cloud‑based systems with a focus on scalability and security.
Build and maintain high‑availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
Develop and optimise data‑platform solutions using modern databases.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile sprints.
Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.

Required profile

4+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience conducting peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
