Solution Consultant - APAC

About the role

Veeva is a life sciences software company moving from traditional SaaS to AI-powered SaaS. As part of its solution consulting team, you will sit at the intersection of Solution Consulting and Product Expert, showing how Veeva's Commercial Suite helps life sciences organisations transform their commercial operations and own long-term technical success for key customers. The role involves consultative discovery, end-to-end solution design and customised demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution in the sales cycle, co-own deal strategy and build customer relationships
• Demonstrate tailored Commercial Suite and AI solutions mapped to customer goals found in discovery meetings
• Own RFXs and give accurate technical answers on platform functionality, security and integrations
• Partner with Veeva Services to turn pre-sales technical designs into clear implementation scope
• Drive success across software and AI products, adapting to each at key customers
• Help run the regional "at scale" customer success program
• Support marketing initiatives and represent Veeva at key events

Required profile

• 8+ years in pre-sales, implementation or consulting with SaaS products
• Experience selling AI solutions and managing long-term success
• Currently based in Singapore with eligible work rights
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Nice to have: direct experience with Veeva Vault Platform or legacy Veeva CRM, experience in other regulated industries, experience as a forward-deployed engineer, and bilingual English and Mandarin

• Hands-on experience with internal AI tools and provable results
• Self-starter with high autonomy, able to adapt to evolving tech landscapes and team priorities
