Solutions Specialist

About the role

Lineal is seeking a Solutions Specialist to join its eDiscovery team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of e‑discovery projects, from data intake to final delivery, supporting clients with high‑quality, efficient services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts on Lineal’s platforms and receive client data for processing.
• Execute automated processing workflows, including OCR, document promotion, imaging, and analytics.
• Perform post‑processing tasks such as redactions, machine translation, searching, and data exports.
• Prepare and load data from opposing parties into legal review platforms.
• Generate search‑term reports, handle shipments, and archive completed projects.
• Communicate project status, issues, and expectations to colleagues, management, and clients.
• Work within a follow‑the‑sun model, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a fast‑paced environment.
