Sport Leader - West Cluster (Clementi, Lot One, Westgate, Jurong Point, Holland Village)

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is hiring a full-time Sport Leader for its West Cluster, which covers the Clementi, Lot One, Westgate, Jurong Point and Holland Village stores. The role centres on welcoming customers, offering sports ranges and services across all channels, and building loyalty through personal, close interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers as guests and satisfy them with sports ranges and services designed to their needs, across physical and digital channels.
• Develop sports performance offerings and service solutions tailored to customers, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience through the Decathlon app.
• Offer workshop services to personalise products or extend their lifespan.
• Create experiential, safe store layouts that let customers easily discover sports and solutions.
• Ensure product availability in-store and online, including stock management and orders.
• Maintain safety and security for staff and customers, covering store safety, product security and data protection.
