Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse – ICU

About the role
Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking compassionate Staff Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses to join its Intensive Care Unit. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with clinical standards.
- Perform ICU nursing procedures and continuously monitor patients’ conditions.
- Respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Support patients and families with clear communication and empathy.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and the wider care team.
Required profile
- State-registered Nurse certification.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive, motivated attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- No prior ICU experience required; training will be provided.
