Staffing Operations Executive

About the role

We are on a lookout for a dedicated and committed Staffing Operations Executive for our pandamart stores in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in supporting the staffing and recruitment for our store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment of pandamart store operations personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer management.
• Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain proactive communication with business stakeholders such as Workforce Planner, Training Team, Operations Team and HR throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Set up and build a pool of temporary manpower and ensure all shifts are filled to keep daily operations running.
• Develop contingency plans to cover shift gaps caused by absenteeism, medical leave or other unexpected events.
• Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast future hiring needs.
• Arrange training for new hires and send roll‑call reminders to achieve full attendance.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to attract the right candidates.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Willingness to support manpower gaps after office hours or on weekends for urgent staffing needs.
• Sound knowledge of hiring processes and Singapore’s MOM labour laws.
• Excellent judgment of character with strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills.
• Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
