Store Manager – PandaMart Singapore

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a self‑driven Store Manager to lead daily operations of a PandaMart store in Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment that meets sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the store business plan to optimise sales and profits.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end inventory processes, from inbound receipt to order dispatch.
• Implement and refine company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company strategies and directives.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
• Handle hiring, training, counselling and performance appraisal of team members.
• Allocate manpower and schedule shifts for optimal efficiency.
• Achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs for store performance.
• Ensure a hazard‑free, safe and healthy workplace by managing WSH procedures.
• Conduct regular stock takes and oversee facility maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse or retail store management.
• Strong knowledge of operations and customer‑experience principles such as supply chain, JIT and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with local legislation and performance/operation metrics.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with excellent communication skills.
