Store Supervisor – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across our island‑wide network of nail, wax and threading salons. You will lead a team of Retail Assistants, manage store performance and uphold our brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of Retail Assistants, including roster planning.
• Manage the store’s P&L and drive sales performance.
• Handle inventory management, product planning and allocation based on sales and customer demand.
• Create compelling merchandise and window displays, following visual‑merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Collaborate with Area Visual Merchandisers to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Monitor competitor promotions and merchandising to provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct weekly briefings on display changes and store planning.
