About the role

The Store Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations of our fruit retail outlets across Singapore. You will lead a team of Retail Assistants, manage store financials and drive visual merchandising to attract customers and boost sales.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards.
Supervise and coach a team of Retail Assistants, including roster planning.
Manage the store or assigned category P&L, inventory, product planning and allocation.
Create compelling merchandise presentations, window displays and planograms.
Collaborate with Area Visual Merchandisers to uphold brand image.
Conduct weekly briefings on display changes and monitor competitor promotions.
Execute store planning, display capacity management and visual merchandising guidelines.
