About the role
The Strategy & Planning Specialist will support regional brand and growth marketing initiatives by analysing full‑funnel online marketing performance and recommending data‑driven optimisations.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and optimise full‑funnel solutions across user acquisition, re‑engagement, search, branding and lead generation.
- Drive market‑leading ROI by analysing the optimal mix of digital campaigns and providing data‑driven recommendations.
- Monitor online campaign efficiency and propose continuous‑improvement ideas.
- Support online marketing budget and projection model enhancements.
- Handle ad‑hoc analysis requests from local or regional marketing teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics or a quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Excel.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with major online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate insights clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and managing multiple projects.
