Student Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our admissions team as a Student Recruitment Executive. The role involves guiding prospective local and international students through the application process and supporting enrollment activities at our Singapore campus.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students, providing information on courses, entry requirements, and application steps.
• Contact leads generated from the website, social media, and educational events to arrange consultation sessions.
• Assist students with document submission and enrollment paperwork.
• Support roadshows, education fairs, open houses, and campus information sessions.
• Ensure all enrollment procedures comply with regulatory guidelines and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Bilingual fluency to assist diverse local and international applicants.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive training in sales techniques, student counseling, and institutional systems.
• Understanding of the private education landscape in Singapore and knowledge of local regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
• High energy, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
