About the role
Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Stylist or Senior Stylist to join its Singapore store. The role combines customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations to deliver the iconic Levi’s experience.
Key responsibilities
- Share Levi’s history and heritage to drive sales.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
- Promote the Red Tab Membership Program and achieve Mystery Shopper targets.
- Meet store sales and KPI targets.
- Follow operating procedures for opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving and housekeeping.
- Adhere to security, safety and loss‑prevention programs.
- Perform replenishment, security tagging and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual standards and perform alterations.
Required profile
- At least an O‑level qualification.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Good command of English.
- Passionate about retail and customer service.
- Sales‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Ability to stand, squat, bend and lift as required.
