About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety compliance and driving efficiency across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and monitor implementation.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with prolonged periods of standing.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem solving.
- Willingness to work longer hours and on weekends/public holidays.
