Supply Chain Analyst & Inventory Manager (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to support our supply chain, inventory and logistics operations in Singapore. The role combines supply‑chain analysis, inventory management and logistics coordination to drive operational efficiency and data‑driven performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily supply‑chain and logistics activities.
• Manage inventory tracking, stock accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries and logistics scheduling.
• Analyse supply‑chain data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with vendors, warehouses and internal teams on operational tasks.
• Support forecasting, procurement and inventory planning initiatives.
• Maintain operational records, reports and documentation.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, delays and inventory discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related field.
• 1–6+ years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics, inventory management or operations coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in regional logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with logistics coordination tools.
