Supply Planner Trainee (Attach and Train Programme)

About the role

GSK's Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a 15-month on-the-job training programme for a Supply Planner at one of its manufacturing sites in Singapore (Tuas). It builds a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, offering hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills and mentorship. Applications are open to fresh graduates and mid-career individuals, but only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible.

What you will learn

• Supply planning concepts and how they work in a primary vaccine manufacturing site, including feedback mechanisms for supply continuity
• Production planning and planning activities in a GMP-regulated environment
• Scenario planning for multi-product manufacturing facilities
• Use of reporting tools such as Power BI for key performance indicators
• Key quality systems such as change control and deviation
• Enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP
• Stakeholder management across departments such as Production and Engineering

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
• Ability to quickly learn and apply GMP manufacturing requirements
• Attention to detail, problem-solving and proactive communication
• Adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, teamwork and a continuous improvement mindset
