Talent Acquisition Specialist – AI Company

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑growing AI‑native company in Singapore. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to shape the team that will drive the next wave of AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, including engineering, AI/ML, product, operations, marketing and G&A.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans and interview processes.
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, communities and direct outreach, focusing on hard‑to‑find profiles.
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer, including negotiation and closing.
• Build and improve talent acquisition processes, tools and employer branding as the company scales.
• Support other people/HR initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house tech/startup or agency.
• Experience hiring for both tech and non‑tech roles; exposure to AI/engineering hiring is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and resourceful mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Flexible, proactive and hands‑on, able to thrive amid ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
