Technical Coordinator - Ride & Show Engineering

About the role

NBCUniversal Singapore is hiring a Technical Coordinator for Ride & Show Engineering within Universal Creative, which designs, develops and engineers themed entertainment. The role coordinates technical project documentation, engineering deliverables and project controls for complex projects, acting as a link between project management, engineering, construction, vendors, consultants and stakeholders. It is a fixed-term contract until May 2029.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project action items, technical documentation and project controls, including transmittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, directives, potential change orders, daily reports and document control.
• Coordinate with Responsible Individuals, project teams and compliance functions to track vendor deliverables, technical reviews and project commitments.
• Share project information, track scope and schedule revisions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Partner with Finance, Project Controls, Procurement and Legal on commitment tracking, directive processing and change management.
• Maintain project tracking systems, databases, logs and reporting tools.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting materials, and identify improvements to documentation workflows.
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of construction-related projects and documentation.
• Preferred: experience in project administration, coordination, construction, engineering, technical theatre or design management; experience with project documentation and document controls is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Desired: familiarity with PMWeb, Prolog, Primavera Unifier or similar platforms.
