Technical Product Manager (Co-Development)

About the role

Activate Interactive, a technology consultancy in Singapore with offices in Malaysia and Indonesia, is hiring a Technical Product Manager for its Co-Development Business Unit. This is a fixed-term contract role until 25 August 2027, focused on mobile and web application development.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedules, issues and escalations.
• Plan and justify IT resource allocation, secure approval, and monitor resource usage.
• Help craft and refine user stories and build the Product Backlog with prioritization.
• Review technical proposals, solution designs and architectures against quality standards, governance and policies.
• Propose improvements and coordinate with teams on interfacing systems for reliable end-to-end workflows.
• Plan and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure documentation is complete and of quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of business analyst experience in software development projects.
• Experience in an Agile environment and on a cloud platform.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.

Required skills

• 3 years of working experience with Azure.
• Business case and user-story development skills.
• Good knowledge of web, mobile and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube and BPM modelling is an added advantage.
