Telesales Officer – Banking Products (Contract)

About the role

The Telesales Officer will promote a range of banking products to both existing and prospective customers through outbound calls. This contract position is based in Singapore and offers a performance‑driven environment where meeting sales targets is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote banking products such as cashline, balance transfer, and loans.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and eligibility criteria.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer queries and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum O Level qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• 12‑month contract.
• Base salary of SGD 2,650 per month plus commissions.
• On‑site work at the Newton office, Singapore.
