About the role
This temporary position supports the daily operations of an eye clinic in Woodleigh. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration, appointment scheduling, and assistance during consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Assist doctors within the consultation room as needed.
- Dispense prescribed medication and handle payment collection.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the clinic team.
Required profile
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work the specified shift pattern, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and payments.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly pay of SGD 12‑14, depending on experience.
- Fixed‑term contract for six months.
- On‑site work in a professional healthcare environment.
