Test Manager – Banking (Avaloq/Temenos) – 1yr Renewable

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a major banking finance program in Singapore. You will coordinate with bank‑appointed vendors, ensure adherence to test strategies, and drive testing transformation across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of test services by bank‑appointed vendors.
• Review, provide feedback on, and sign off test strategy, test plans and related artefacts.
• Coordinate with the Test Governance team to enforce testing methods, standards and tools.
• Communicate scope changes to service providers and adjust plans accordingly.
• Act as the first escalation point for stakeholder and vendor issues.
• Quantify, track and report test‑related statuses, SLA and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to plan testing deliveries and drive innovation.
• Work closely with the Test Engineering Lead on domain‑specific engineering requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities for the Test CoE.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing test services in a banking environment.
• Proven ability to work with multiple vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of test governance, SLA/KPI management, and testing transformation.
