AI Product Enablement Analyst

About the role

The AI Product Enablement Analyst supports the AI Capability & Adoption function by executing structured AI experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing, and enablement support for the Quotient Inside Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants.
• Validate AI outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Assist in prototyping lightweight AI workflows and identify technical constraints.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides.
• Support office hours, translate user questions into structured prompts, and contribute to training materials.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology‑adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and a strong interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience with custom GPT configuration and testing.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to document use cases in reusable formats.
