Treasury Support Analyst

About the role

Join the Capital Market Department of a leading global bank as a Treasury Support Analyst. You will provide L1/L2 production support for Treasury and ALM applications, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of system resiliency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for KONDOR+, Orchestrade and other in‑house banking applications.
• Manage user requests, monitor applications, and handle incident, problem and change management processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to prioritize work, resolve blockers and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Treasury and Capital Markets IT community.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of production support experience in financial systems, with at least 3 years on KONDOR+ or similar treasury front‑office platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, able to work under pressure and manage SLA/KPI targets.

Required skills

• KONDOR+ and Orchestrade application expertise.
• XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting.
• MQ Series, CFT, Control‑M.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
