Treatment Coordinator – 3‑Month Contract to Permanent (SGD 2.5‑3k)

About the role

The Treatment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients at Orchard Dental Clinic, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from registration through to post‑treatment follow‑up. This position starts as a three‑month contract with the intention of becoming a permanent role, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients and manage their records accurately.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Respond to patient enquiries and feedback in a courteous manner.
• Explain upcoming dental procedures to patients, outlining steps and expectations.
• Provide value‑added service by clarifying the benefits of treatments without engaging in sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Customer‑service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm and Saturdays 9 am‑1 pm; Sundays and public holidays off.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and billing.
