Vice President Lending Advisor – SEA Market (Singapore)

About the role

JP Morgan is seeking a Vice President Lending Advisor for the Southeast Asia (SEA) market, based in Singapore. You will act as the credit expert for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, designing tailored financing solutions that align with their broader wealth portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative financing and restructuring solutions within approved credit and risk limits.
• Lead credit marketing efforts, understand client capital structures, and generate new loan business.
• Originate credit leads, balance client needs with risk management, and drive loan‑book revenue growth.
• Underwrite and execute loan and derivative structures, serving as the primary contact for complex borrowing relationships.
• Monitor portfolio risk, adjust debt structures and ratings, and proactively improve portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with bankers, investors, fiduciary administrators, and wealth advisors to meet sophisticated credit needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of wealth‑management experience with extensive exposure to credit, loan, deposit, and derivative products.
• Proven success with investment real‑estate loans, concentrated collateral, aircraft lending, commercial real‑estate and bridge loans.
• Experience structuring complex credit and derivatives transactions.
• Knowledge of account maintenance, loan closing, credit administration and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities.
