Vice President, Risk Management (Broking)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Risk Management team in Singapore. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on growing and retaining a portfolio of large retail broking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead, maintain and grow an existing portfolio of large clients while meeting personal and team sales targets.
• Coach junior team members, intervene on at‑risk accounts and ensure relationship satisfaction.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand assigned accounts and market trends.
• Identify expansion opportunities and define custom solution strategies for the team portfolio.
• Represent Marsh at industry events, conferences and client functions to build professional networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI); ANZIIF or ACII is a plus.
• At least 10 years of insurance industry experience, including 5 years in retail broking.
• Relevant Property and Casualty insurance experience in the Singapore market preferred.
• Excellent people, time, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
