VP Execution & Advisory – Private Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead execution and advisory activities within our Private Capital Markets business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Origination, you will drive deal origination, structuring and execution across equities, funds and alternative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the investment team in evaluating issuers and opportunities seeking capital on our digital exchange.
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modelling, documentation and coordination with legal and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, syndication, technology and product teams to ensure rapid yet rigorous transaction execution.
• Support deal syndication and distribution, and enhance deal management through technology solutions.
• Maintain high‑velocity operations across Singapore, Indonesia and other markets while upholding risk and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking or private market deal execution.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex transactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build robust financial models.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, legal, compliance and technology functions.
