Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at its Pioneer, Singapore site. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure safe, efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Unload, validate, receive, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and load goods for shipment or production based on pick lists.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory transactions.
• Perform routine housekeeping to keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality system compliance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum N or O level qualification (or equivalent).
• Physically fit for heavy manual work in a warehouse environment.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Valid forklift licence.

Required skills

• Forklift operation and material handling equipment (MHE) proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 quality system requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GMP, Halal, RSPO).
