Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join DSV’s logistics team. In this full‑time position you will ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all warehouse safety, quality and operating procedures.
• Perform 5S activities to keep the warehouse organized and efficient.
• Handle inbound, outbound and cycle‑count tasks in a timely, orderly manner.
• Conduct visual inspections of shipments and report any non‑conformities.
• Support the Supervisor in meeting key performance indicators.
• Maintain database integrity, perform stock‑taking, manage material handling and control documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required paperwork.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and drive efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Understanding of warehouse safety, quality and operational processes.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet KPI targets.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and documentation.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Experience with visual inspection and reporting of shipment exceptions.
• Familiarity with inventory management and documentation control.
