Warehouse Senior Associate - Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

Chanel is looking for a Warehouse Senior Associate to support its Fragrance and Beauty operations in the Singapore Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and working closely with the customer service team, the role combines operational support with people management, aiming to delight clients and meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a cohesive team, monitoring performance against brand, financial, sustainability and client engagement objectives, and coach staff development
• Coordinate daily workforce allocation and resources, resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate complex deviations to the supervisor
• Ensure high-quality inbound, outbound and inventory activities, with strong order fulfilment, reasonable inventory levels and healthy stock turnover for merchandise and non-merchandise
• Uphold Health & Safety, security, housekeeping, 5S and quality standards, and support the creation and adherence to operational SOPs
• Promote clear communication across teams, report key operational updates and risks to the supervisor, and foster psychological safety and personal growth

Required profile

• Leadership, collaboration and people management skills
• Spoken and written English
• High energy to manage day-to-day operations and staff development
• Hands-on approach to running the distribution centre team

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with WMS systems
