Workforce Transformation Manager

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting offers a Workforce Transformation Manager position in its Advisory practice, covering HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Workforce Transformation and People Analytics. As a manager you lead a team of problem solvers and grow your client portfolio through projects that help clients design, manage and execute lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Define, structure and implement improvements to the HR function based on the client's objectives and strategic imperatives
• Lead and deliver client engagements, collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams to identify new opportunities
• Manage teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and achievement of outcomes
• Develop strategies and roadmaps, including change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions with organisational processes and workforce structures
• Identify emerging workforce capabilities and future skills needs driven by AI adoption and digitalisation, and align AI transformation goals with business priorities
• Maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders, solicit feedback and drive the sales cycle while supporting practice development
• Support the development of junior consultants and demonstrate strong technical and relationship management skills

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the human capital domain
• Project leadership experience handling multiple projects at once
• Experience managing, coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to work visa sponsorship and government clearance

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI applications in HR, digital workforce tools or automation platforms, and ability to recommend and implement AI-driven solutions
• Subject matter knowledge of HR, change management, leadership, organisation design and related capabilities
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain AI concepts to diverse audiences
