Workplace Ambassador - Executive Conference Suites

About the role

JLL's Integrated Facilities Management team is hiring a Workplace Ambassador for its Executive Conference Suites in Singapore. Reporting to the Executive Conference Suites Lead, the role delivers premium guest service, supports event operations and coordinates with vendors, while also covering other sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally, respond promptly to inquiries and anticipate guest needs during events
• Provide authentic, caring service to C-suite guests, VVIPs and other customers, keeping grooming guidelines and brand consistency
• Prepare and serve drinks, stay organised during busy periods and coordinate with departments for smooth operations
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, guests and attendees, relay information between clients, vendors and the team, and prepare event notes and handover reports
• Liaise with suppliers, caterers and AV technicians, monitor vendor setup and quality, and report issues to the Lead and Concierge
• Check public areas, restrooms and event spaces regularly, address cleanliness issues immediately and help maintain event supply inventory
• Provide operational support and coverage at other sites as required

Required profile

• 3 years' experience in hospitality, F&B, tourism or a related field, with airline and hotel experience
• Experience managing high-profile teams such as C-suite and VVIPs
• Diploma from an accredited institute
• Ability to manage C-suite and VVIP personnel and to meet tight schedules

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beverages, including cocktail making
• Food handling and white glove service skills
