Account Executive - Indonesia Market

About the role

Databricks Enterprise Sales is looking for an Account Executive based in Singapore to strengthen its presence in the Indonesian market. The role suits someone who knows the SaaS sales process well, can explain innovation through the lens of customer vision, and enjoys guiding opportunities forward to shorten decision cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Assess accounts and develop a strategy to identify and engage them
• Use a solution approach to create value for customers
• Identify the most valuable use cases in each account to maximise Databricks' impact
• Work with teams to maximise the impact across the ecosystem
• Build value in engagements to promote successful negotiations and close deals
• Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
• Deliver technical and business results for customers

Required profile

• Previous experience in an early-stage company and in a fast-growing organisation
• Sales experience in Big Data, Cloud or SaaS
• Experience working with C-Level executives
• Ability to explain complex cloud technologies and big data simply
• Track record of breaking into new accounts and growing existing ones, and of exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
