Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the strategic interface with our assigned customer base. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing relationships across the organisation and delivering value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and budgeted performance.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organisation, including purchasing, finance and senior management.
• Develop detailed account plans in collaboration with Inside Sales and execute action plans to win new business and recover lost opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new and emerging accounts based on market intelligence.
• Present and follow‑up on RFQs, ensuring accurate quoting and timely communication.
• Coordinate with OEM and EMS sales teams to maximise product penetration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles and activity records.

Required profile

• A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
