Accounts Assistant Manager / Manager – Financial Statements Team

About the role

The Financial Statements team supports clients in meeting their compliance obligations. As an Accounts Assistant Manager or Manager, you will lead the preparation of financial statements, oversee group consolidations, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare unaudited financial statements and compilation reports in accordance with SFRS/IFRS for various industries.
• Execute group consolidation accounts and mock financial statements.
• Support clients during audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop financial reporting packages and review management accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate with internal departments to meet deadlines.
• Supervise, review, and mentor junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of their work.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing and financial reporting.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
