AI Trainer - Finance

About the role

We are seeking a passionate AI Trainer with solid finance experience to design and deliver engaging, competency‑based training programmes for adult learners. The role combines deep knowledge of financial processes with hands‑on expertise in AI tools to help learners apply AI in real‑world finance scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver WSQ and competency‑based training in finance, business analytics, and AI‑enabled financial applications.
• Facilitate both in‑person and online sessions using learner‑centred methodologies.
• Apply real‑world finance case studies, procurement, reporting and analysis scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
• Guide learners in the practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and DeepSeek for finance applications.
• Support learner engagement, assessment, and achievement of course objectives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience delivering adult education or finance‑related training, preferably WSQ or competency‑based programmes.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field.
• ACTA or ACLP certification; professional finance credentials (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek.
