Airport Emergency Officer (August 2026 Intake)

About the role
The Airport Emergency Officer is responsible for protecting lives and property during aviation incidents. You will join a specialised team that conducts rescue and firefighting operations at an airport, using world‑class fire vehicles and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate advanced airport fire trucks and specialised firefighting tools during emergencies.
- Execute rescue and fire‑suppression actions in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
- Rotate between airport fire stations and, when required, military airbases to gain diverse operational experience.
- Maintain readiness through regular drills, equipment checks and safety inspections.
Required profile
- Strong interest and passion for rescue work.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding rescue tasks.
- Resilient mindset with determination to overcome challenges.
- Minimum GCE "N" or O Level passes, or NITEC qualification.
Required skills
- Operation of airport fire vehicles and specialised firefighting equipment.
