Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will act as the bridge between consultants, architects, engineers and sub‑contractors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on site. This role supports the senior project management team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between consultants and sub‑contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and technical drawings.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to identify discrepancies or construction challenges.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, site reports, and coordination schedules.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and sub‑contractors to resolve design‑related issues and coordinate on‑site changes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction aligns with architectural standards.
• Support senior project management in meeting architectural requirements within project timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in architectural coordination on construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
