About the role
The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural, civil and structural drawings from design concepts. The role involves producing CAD and BIM models and supporting planning and construction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Detail architectural, civil and structural drawings from design drafts.
- Produce drawings using CAD and BIM Revit models for C&S works.
- Prepare and update 3D BIM models for submission.
- Create outline and detailed drawings to appropriate scales for planning and construction.
- Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong planning skills for managing modelling and drafting work.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and a “can‑do” attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
