Assistant Brand Manager – Integrated Marketing

About the role

This position offers the chance to work on one of Singapore's most iconic beer brands, leading integrated marketing campaigns, launching innovations, and collaborating with global teams. You will gain end‑to‑end brand management experience within a leading brewer.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with positioning and business objectives.
• Translate consumer, shopper and market insights into actionable annual brand plans.
• Manage the integrated marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Execute campaigns across digital, social and traditional media, develop briefs and oversee agency partners.
• Plan and implement key activations in‑store, online and offline.
• Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, finance and supply‑chain teams for seamless brand plan execution.
• Assist with new product and packaging launches, ensuring strong go‑to‑market execution.
• Monitor category, competitor and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze brand and campaign performance data to optimise ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, trade visibility, promotions and sponsorships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as sales, trade marketing, finance and supply chain.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor brand performance and generate actionable insights.
