Assistant Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh in Singapore. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and offers exposure to a professional broking team with strong career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with complex accounts, managing correspondence and communications.
• Develop client business understanding through research, benchmarking studies and risk maps.
• Support colleagues by handling billing, calendar coordination, and liaison between senior professionals and business accounts.
• Manage account concerns, resolve issues promptly, and know when to escalate to senior staff.
• Collect and report insights on relationship satisfaction to senior colleagues.
• Build relationships with professional counterparts at client organisations and maintain fluency in company service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate swiftly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII is an advantage.
