Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Makansutra Gluttons Bay is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations across its island‑wide food venues. You will work closely with the outlet manager to ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve staff performance through training, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Ensure consistent food quality and excellent customer service.
• Drive monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and suppliers to secure quality products.
• Supervise security and maintenance of stock and equipment to protect assets.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a focus on operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing staff and external partners.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage resources efficiently.
• Experience in the hospitality or food‑service sector is preferred.
