Assistant Vice President, Property & Casualty

About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s Singapore retail broking team as an Assistant Vice President, Property & Casualty. You will work independently to grow and retain a portfolio of large clients while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead, maintain and grow an existing portfolio of large clients, contributing to personal and team sales targets.
• Coach junior team members on account management and intervene to protect at‑risk accounts.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand client needs and market trends.
• Identify expansion opportunities and define custom solution strategies for the team’s portfolio.
• Represent Marsh at industry events, conferences and client functions to build networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of insurance industry experience, including at least 5 years in retail broking.
• Relevant experience in Property & Casualty insurance in the Singapore market.
• Excellent people management, communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) – mandatory.
• ANZIIF or ACII certification – advantageous.
