Associate, Corporate Responsibility

About the role

EY's Corporate Responsibility team in Singapore runs EY Ripples, a global programme that supports inclusive growth and creates positive community impact through work with nonprofit, social enterprise and cross-sector partners. This Associate role takes ownership of assigned programmes and workstreams, covering programme delivery, employee engagement, partnerships, impact measurement, communications and responsible digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate programme objectives into delivery plans, milestones and roles, and coordinate end-to-end delivery including timelines, resources, logistics, documentation, procurement and payments
• Monitor expenditure against budgets, flag risks and variances, and handle safeguarding, privacy, health and safety issues
• Act as the day-to-day contact for partners, resolve routine issues and prepare for stakeholder briefings
• Plan and run the volunteer experience, from recruitment and briefings to feedback and recognition
• Maintain programme trackers, analyse data and prepare impact summaries and briefing materials
• Improve delivery processes, support pilots and explore responsible uses of AI and digital tools

Required profile

• A degree, diploma or equivalent practical experience; fields such as business, communications, sustainability, social sciences, public policy or nonprofit management are welcomed, but no specific discipline is required
• Transferable experience in programme coordination, events, partnerships, employee engagement or communications is valued; prior social-impact-sector experience is not required
• Advantageous: exposure to volunteering or community programmes, feedback collection, data analysis or dashboards, and experience guiding interns or volunteers

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft first versions of reports and presentations
• Organisation, follow-through and stakeholder relationship-building
