Associate Director, FPP Engagement & Enablement Lead, AP

About the role

The Financial Patient Program (FPP) Market Engagement & Enablement Lead is the Asia Pacific business-facing leader within Digital Human Health (DHH). The role translates regional and market priorities into an integrated FPP roadmap, connecting global product teams, AP functions and local markets to shape FPP design and drive Access deployment, adoption, governance and measurable patient and business outcomes. It leads market engagement, enablement, change and value realization while building a high-performing regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the AP FPP engagement and enablement strategy, representing AP market needs in regional and global forums
• Partner with global product teams on FPP design and Access platform onboarding, adoption and business support, and coordinate fit-gap assessments and release readiness
• Build and lead the AP Program Owner community, develop playbooks, training and toolkits, and strengthen market self-sufficiency through coaching
• Track adoption, utilization, data quality, patient impact and business outcomes, and partner with analytics teams to turn data into recommendations
• Ensure consistent implementation of AP frameworks, playbooks and controls, and orchestrate global, regional, market, IT and vendor partners
• Lead, coach and develop a regional team, build succession depth and allocate capacity and priorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in a relevant business, healthcare, analytics or technology discipline preferred
• Typically 8+ years in market access, commercial operations, analytics and insights, digital transformation, customer success or program leadership; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading people or matrix teams and influencing senior leaders
• Experience leading platform adoption, change, capability deployment or value realization, preferably including patient programs
• Professional English required; Asia Pacific experience strongly preferred
