Associate Lawyer (1‑3 PQE) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate with 1 to 3 years post‑qualification experience to join our litigation and arbitration team. The role offers exposure to high‑stakes disputes across Singapore and the DIFC, with opportunities to lead cases and develop specialised expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead counsel on selected matters, managing cross‑examination and oral submissions.
• Serve as Tribunal Secretary on both common‑law and civil arbitrations.
• Handle Singapore and DIFC Court litigations, including drafting pleadings and managing case strategy.
• Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to corporate clients acting as external general counsel.
• Contribute to thought leadership and institutional initiatives regionally and internationally.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice law in Singapore.
• Academic record of at least a high 2:1 or equivalent Latin honours from a SILE‑approved law school.
• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong oral advocacy skills and willingness to travel for work.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
