About the role
Join Grab's Growth & Special Projects team in Singapore to help shape the future of mobility. Reporting to the Manager, you will use structured problem‑solving and project‑management skills to drive high‑impact strategic initiatives across demand, supply and pricing.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and analysis of strategic plans, conducting research and data analysis on demand, supply and pricing.
- Identify business issues and propose solutions to optimise revenue, profit growth and service health.
- Provide project‑management support, including planning, coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Analyse large datasets using basic SQL, Python and AI tools to generate actionable insights.
- Implement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing, Public Affairs and other cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, tech, strategy or project‑management roles, preferably in a tech or start‑up environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis with Excel and willingness to learn SQL and Python.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analysis into clear business strategies and presentations.
- Proven project‑management, stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
