Audit Assistant – Junior Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Audit Assistant to support our audit engagements and grow towards a senior role. The position is based in Singapore and offers exposure to companies across various industries, working under Singapore Standards on Auditing. You will collaborate with senior auditors and partners, gaining hands‑on experience in financial statement preparation and audit finalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements.
• Carry out audit work in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing for companies in various industries.
• Identify and communicate audit issues to managers and partners.
• Prepare financial statements and assist in audit finalisation.
• Assist in documentation and evidence gathering for audit workpapers.
• Maintain audit workpapers and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year audit experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, organized, meticulous and analytical.
• Team player with ability to multitask under pressure.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
