Automotive Technician – Passenger Vehicle Support

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Automotive Technician to join our on‑site support team, providing troubleshooting, minor repairs and hybrid system checks for passenger vehicles. The role involves working directly on the road and at our stations, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and safely fix vehicle issues, recording work in the mobile app.
• Replace 12 V batteries, jump‑start vehicles and perform hybrid system checks.
• Change flat tyres and carry out minor roadside repairs such as door or lock issues.
• Move, rebalance and refuel vehicles between stations as required.
• Install or remove in‑car devices including dashcams and telematics equipment.
• Retrieve lost‑and‑found items and report any damage or irregularities to the command centre.

Required profile

• Available for shift work (AM, MID or PM shifts as listed).
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Comfortable using a mobile app for task updates.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site and outdoors.
