AVP/VP Corporate Finance Relationship Management – Global Investment Banking

About the role

OCBC’s Corporate Finance team is seeking an AVP/VP to manage relationships and drive execution of strategic and capital‑raising transactions across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will work on M&A and equity capital market deals, partnering closely with senior bankers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of M&A and equity market transactions.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal, and documentation processes.
• Manage timelines and liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pitching new opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market research to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5‑6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage transactions end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
